We are delighted to have secured this brilliant CM landrace from Uraga, which is located in Ethiopia's Guji district, one of the country's best coffee growing regions.

The profile is really atypical, for anyone who has previous drinking experience with some of the more classic lots. This is a heavier bodied profile, with chocolatey and nutty qualities that, while we aren't used to from Uraga, we're absolutely loving - they're fantastic! As you might expect from CM processing, expect some confected fruit. In this case, the taste experience is quite cherry-forward from hot to cold.
