People Possession have captured the modern specialty market in recent years with coffees like this. Essentially, taking a selection of crazy, naturally processed lots and blending them to explore the results. Given we are such big fans of cherry madeira cake, a profile like this was pretty difficult for us to say no to.

This coffee is sweet.

Specifically, the kind of sweetness you'd get from the likes of a madeira cake, or cherry pie. It's mellow, long-lasting and absolutely delicious.

As has become customary with PP, we are given little to no information regarding farms, specific varietals or other origin-related information. It's important to note at this stage that we care a lot about transparency, ethical farming, and ensuring the farm to cup chain is as healthily maintained as possible in our buying. We have a longstanding relationship with Tanat (PP's parent company) and stand over their approach to integrity and coffee quality.
