For the second time, we welcome back the Peachy Daze lot from the Chelbesa washing station in Ethiopia.

This is a delightful coffee, excelling in its creaminess and complex fruit sweetness. Chelbesa is part of the wider Yiragacheffe district in Ethiopia, and is home to hundreds of small lot producers, spanning thousands of indigenous varietals year on year.

Specifically, the Chelbesa station is owned by a locally owned company called SNAP, whose mission is to continually develop higher level specialty coffee in the region. They buy from a collection of 480+ farmers each year, bringing on washed, natural and honey processed coffees.

Delicate and floral with excelling fruit sweetness and decadent with taste notes of lemon, black tea and stewed peach.
