DAK 🤝🏼 big fermentation coffees.

To be fair, this coffee is totally delicious.

Coming from El Encanto in collaboration with Cata Export, this yeast innoculated lot is intoxicatingly sweet and complex, with a length of finish which seemingly never ends.  

Sweet, complex and dessert-like with taste notes of Nesquik, cherry donut and vanilla.
