In this role, we are looking for an experienced hospitality professional, with a background in specialty coffee to help us develop and maintain our drinks program at the café. At present, this menu consists of multiple espresso and handbrew options, a growing signature drinks menu alongside a rotating selection of loose-leaf teas, cold and hot drinks.

The leading candidate will display a keen interest and background of knowledge in coffee, demonstrate an understanding of restaurant service modelling and, ideally, will have some prior experience in signature drink design.
